We do require that the product is sent back in its unopened original packaging within 30 days after your order was delivered.

All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty is applicable if the buyer has used and installed the product properly in the device and has treated correctly.
Please note that dust bags are consumable. Please follow the instructions as specified by the vacuum cleaner's manufacturer for correct usage.
If you have a problem with a product you have bought with us, please contact us first. We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by means of our help desk support, we will generate an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for you. We advise you to return your product in a firm (bubble) envelope. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible both on the outside of the envelope and is written on a paper inside the envelope. By means of your RMA number we are able to identify the product as it arrives to us. If inspection concludes that the returned product is defective, a new product will be shipped out at no extra charge. Please note: we cannot process returned products if you have not yet received an RMA number.
