I purchased a "universal complete repair kit" from your website. Upon receiving it (quick and free shipping which was great) I found that the repair required a part from my old hose in order to connect to the machine. This was not clearly explained on the website and thus I had thrown away the old hose after purchasing the repair. I contacted DustDeal and was informed that I could post it back for a refund. The problem is that I live in Australia and would have paid almost as much in postage as I paid for the item itself so I was not happy with this solution. I escalated the issue through paypal and fortunately a manager at DustDeal agreed to refund me without having to post the item back. I understand that this is a loss for DustDeal so I appreciate the show of good faith. I have gone from being totally dissatisfied with the transaction to very happy and would recommend you to family and friends.I would encourage DustDeal to clearly state if any part of the original machine is required in order to successfully fix/replace the machine.
Dust Deal were extremely prompt replying to my emails and when I made a mistake with the size of a brush I ordered, they happily refunded me. Very impressed with service and commitment to me as a customer. I look forward to being able to return their generosity with my next purchase!
